Agreement to Terms

Services Provided

Mangates provides professional training and development services including but not limited to:

Payment Terms

Course Fees

  • All course fees must be paid in full before course commencement unless otherwise agreed
  • Corporate training fees are typically invoiced upon completion of training
  • Payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and corporate purchase orders
  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified

Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 14+ days before course start date: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
  • Cancellations made 7-13 days before: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before: No refund unless exceptional circumstances
  • Course transfers to future dates may be available subject to availability

User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when registering for courses
  • Attend scheduled training sessions punctually and prepared
  • Respect other participants and training facilitators
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary training materials
  • Use training materials solely for personal or authorized corporate use
  • Not reproduce or distribute copyrighted training content without permission
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Intellectual Property

All training materials, course content, methodologies, and intellectual property provided by Mangates remain the exclusive property of Mangates or its licensors. Participants may use materials for personal learning or within their organization as authorized, but may not redistribute, sell, or use materials for commercial training without explicit written permission.

Course Delivery and Modifications

Delivery Methods

Mangates reserves the right to deliver courses in various formats including classroom, virtual, or hybrid delivery methods based on circumstances and participant needs.

Course Changes

We reserve the right to modify course content, schedules, or facilitators when necessary. Participants will be notified of significant changes with reasonable advance notice.

Limitation of Liability

Mangates' liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific training service. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our training is provided for educational purposes, and participants are responsible for implementing knowledge appropriately within their specific contexts and regulatory requirements.

Certification and Completion

Certificates of completion or achievement are awarded based on:

  • Full attendance at required training sessions
  • Successful completion of assessments where applicable
  • Participation in practical exercises and discussions
  • Meeting any specific certification requirements outlined for the course

Certificates reflect participation in Mangates training programs and do not constitute professional licensing or regulatory compliance unless specifically stated.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of personal information is governed by our Data Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with that policy.

Termination

Mangates reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service, is harmful to other participants, or is otherwise inappropriate. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
